Custom & Refunds

​All of my pieces are one of a kind. If you would like me to re-create one of my current products, I will do my very best to duplicate it. However, because of the nature of my hand crafted pieces, it will not be exactly the same, rather "inspired" by your request.  I require a 50% non-refundable deposit to start your custom piece with the remaining due at shipment/pickup.

​We at Rock River Studio are committed to delivering you with the highest value piece possible. We value you receiving your purchase in a timely manner and in exquisite condition. However, because our pieces are one of a kind, we are unable to accept returns.  If your piece is damaged upon delivery, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery so that we may assess the situation.

• These designs are intended for indoor use, as sun exposure may cause discoloration or fading. Avoid placing hot objects on the resin tops and use of a coaster will help prolong the beauty of your piece.     

• Do not overload, climb, sit/stand, or hang on the designs, as some pieces may tip or chip.  As with any piece of furniture, scratching and fading may occur.  We recommend buffing out scratches with a polishing compound suited for minor scratches with a gentle buffing cloth.  

• Rock River Studio is not liable for injuries or damages once customer receives their item in excellent condition.
